EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE!! I do not recommend purchasing from or dealing with BEADLES NORTH WEST LONDON. Purchased a vehicle for well over 100k (22WUL), less than a week later vehicle went back for making noise, something to do with breaks. The vehicle went in and out their workshop 5 times. Everytime id collect the vehicle id spend over an hour waiting around and currently the vehicle is still at Beadles north west London as they have admitted the hub was corroded, which they have put some grease (poor way to fix – brand new vehicle should be replaced) and trimmed the break pads and adjusted the brake discs rather than replacing those parts therefore for my safety, I have refused to accept collection of the vehicle. BEADLES NORTH WEST LONDON have chosen to JEOPARDISE not only my life but my entire family who travels in the vehicle with me in order to save money on replacing the damaged parts on a brand new vehicle that pushes almost 600 horse power. Kevin and Scott, service and sales managers have proven to offer the worse customer service ever. It is embarrassing!!! Sales manager response was “we cannot do anything else to the vehicle and we will not replace these parts) luckily a small amount of the purchase price was taken through LRF finance which I regrated taking at the time but now that Beadles have created and put me in this horrible situation, the finance company is looking into investigating, been over 2 weeks now and case have not yet been allocated to anybody which is also ridiculous. This just shows how poor overall service is from LAND ROVER. I do not recommend anybody to purchase a vehicle from BEADLES. I will keep regular reviews to alert all potential buyers to be aware and not use BEADLES NORTH WEST LONDON because their service level will drop below zero after receiving the bank transfer. ZAK

Shocking service from Beadles took my Jaguar in to have a turbo and other issues sorted after it broke down, Beadles fixed the turbo and wiped the other faults. Car broke down 3 days later with the the faults they wiped, which meant I lost a days wage due to being stuck on the side of the A1. Dealership doesn't care avoid using this Jaguar dealership.

My approved used F-Type needs a new clutch, less than six months after buying it. The dealership that sold it to me, Inchcape in Guildford are denying the problem exists and offering no help in getting it resolved. I took it to Beadles, as they are my local Jaguar dealership and they quickly confirmed the clutch problem and have helped me secure a significant contribution from Jaguar to get it sorted. The work is being carried out next week and I shall update futher once this has happened.
