Just purchased a new E-Transit from Basingstoke. This was the only Ford branch that actually dealt with my enquiry. Others simply did not get back to me which I found surprising. Spoke to Rob Honey on the phone first of all and then went to visit the showroom. At all times Rob was extremely helpful either in person or via e-mail. I cannot fault his approach and communication skills. Only had the van a week but its a very nice Vehicle to drive and so far very happy. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase Ford vans go and speak to Rob or the team. Also had a call from Rob a week after delivery to check all was well and that i was happy. Fantastic customer service. Thanks again Rob and ill be sure to speak to you again when i look to replace my smaller van. :)

Ford Group 1 in Basingstoke with Service Manager Paul are terrible, I am hoping I never have to use this garage again. Some of the staff there do not know how to treat customers. They are a dealership, a we had a claim in for manufactures fault for the wipers and washer, but Ford Group 1 would not even respond to Ford themselves. It is my belief that this dealership is not really interested in maintaining cars, just making money in selling cars. If you can I would recommend you go to another Ford dealership.

Turbo gone on my Transit. Booked it in. Dropped Transit off on one day. 9am the following day. Transit all repaired and sorted. Now that's service. Quick service too. 10 out ten for fast service. Didn't lose to much time from job either. 👍

One star is being generous. An absolute joke of a company. I had a service on 14 February, which was very over priced and the main reason for the service they needed a part. I got notified in mid-April the part was ready and booked in, dropped my car off to be called 3 hours later saying the part still hadnt arrived and they had no idea when it would be ready. Sheer incompetence.
