After contacting Harwoods Mini Basingstoke over 5 times for a cost of a part and fitting costs, I resorted to looking further afield to Group 1 Farnborough. Oliver in the parts department immediately gave me a price for part and fitting while on the phone, and then Sarah assisted with getting me booked in for a diagnostics and was very helpful, she provided all required information and was extremely accommodating. Very happy to have been forced to look elsewhere. Harwoods Basingstoke could learn a thing from the employees at Group 1 Farnborough. Thanks again to all that assisted, really appreciate your help and amazing customer service skills.

I went on the website looking for contact details of the Farnborough parts dept. Up popped the "can i help pop up message" and as I was struggling to find the contact details for the parts department I took up the offer. I explained that I was looking for a replacement key socket for the wheels on my mini. I gave my details and was told that I would be contacted. A week later and I have heard nothing. Needless to say I have gone elsewhere and taken on board the learning. To be fair this is not the only mini dealer that has let me down in such a simple way.
