    I’ve been lucky and blessed to have bought a lot of cars and had experiences at many different dealers. Barons now under Group 1 have stood out and I have bought many BMWs and 3 Minis so far them and keep coming back. So over the moon with my new Mini Cooper S Sport … glad they bought it back. Everyone I’ve dealt with at Cambridge was so very helpful, nothing seemed too much trouble and the experience from start to finish was friendly and hassle free. Many thanks to Jake Cummings and Jay Beverley especially who were not only so professional and helpful but made you feel like you’d cross the road to speak to them again if you saw them out and about. Can you believe Jay was actually buffing up my car before driving it away knowing that it was going to get trashed in the great British climate that day … that’s the extra mile they go. Jake was phenomenal in his knowledge … if he gives you advice it’s for your advantage not his. They truly do know how to keep the customer happy and are honest with it. Can’t recommend this dealer enough and fingers crossed will seek them out in a couple of years for another upgrade !

    Service scheduled due to recall notice. Asked to drop off before 9:30am and given a 2-6 hr estimate. Car wasnt looked at til 2pm, no updates or notification calls until car was returned 5 mins before closing at 5pm. Overbooked and Poor expectation management.
