    We were either going to get a BMW or an Audi, but we simply bought BMW just because of Group 1 Borehamwood's approach. We asked for a test drive and called both of them. Two different Audi sales reps forgot to reply to us, whereas BMW was always very easy to reach. Our sales advisor was Thomas there for us since day 1. He was very helpful, always replied our emails and gave us all the answers we need on time. Honestly, we decided to go with BMW just because of his approach. The building is very nice and everybody was really kind. We are very happy with our car and we know where to go when we need an upgrade.

    An Audi driver generally. New boyfriend found a BMW online, nobody is perfect. Called Sunday about the car and told they were busy but open. No mention of appointment only. We pitch up, told we needed an appointment to view, next one available Wednesday. We take it, half an hour before viewing, he”s already on the way, they call to say that the car had gone, another infinitely more efficient dealership had sold it 10 mins prior. I’ve bought two cars from Audi, the first same day viewing and test drive. The 2nd, the next day and that’s because I couldn’t do it sooner. This experience I’m hoping will be enough to shift him from the dark side. Huge waste of valuable time.

    By far one of the worst customer service providers. Bought a brand new car on PCP in 2019 and my experience was a mix of being misled by wrong information, no interest in resolving issues, delay in delivery, lack/ late and inadequate response to Emails and careless attitude about you as customer. Highlights: 1- Certain items such as body protection was included in the agreement signed in the showroom. A day or two later received an Email asking me to sign the agreement form again. All the agreed additions were removed from the list without being mentioned in the Email and without any price reduction. 2- I was given a wrong information on service interval. I had to do twice more than what I was promised . 3- Tried to get a resolution, Emails were not replied to. Official complaint remained unattended. 4- Visited the show room after a year when service alert was on again. Sales man kept diverting the discussion to discussions about my family, weather, work. Like I was there to socialise . In the end I was told he will do nothing for me despite agreeing with being given wrong information. 5- Sold 4 years terms and 3 years warranty. When asked about the last 12 months. I was told that leasing company will have to keep me on the road so there will be no problem of I experience a problem and cost will be covered. Another lie later on I came to know when I had an issue after year 3. Again they do not care. In a calm manner they washed their shoulder. 6- Towards end of term received a call to visit the show room and receive a new offer and look at the options. Appointment was booked. Arrived with my daughter on-time. I was told that we need to wait as the salesman is finishing with the previous customer. One hour later they said we need to leave as the next customer will arrive and they do not have time for us. I was asked to book another appointment. Of course you do not give people to treat you so unfairly and unprofessionally forever, do you? So stopped dealing with them.

    I visited there this morning for the first time. No real welcome. I asked if there were any IXs in the showroom - nothing. I was asked if I'd seen one in the car park and said I saw one on charge. The receptionist arranged for someone to get the keys. I was taken out by a lady who didn't give her name. She told me they had one demonstrator only and said we don't keep any stock in the showroom because "why would we?"! I said I had just started looking at electric cars and was immediately asked how I plan to purchase - personal or business and their business manager works Mon - Fri! No conversation other than what my purchase plans were. She went back inside after letting me in the car. No surprises that the car locked and the alarm went off! No response. Alarm rang out and then sounded a second time. At that point, it was turned off from inside the showroom. Got out the car, tried to open the rear doors and boot but the car was locked. I simply left and will not go back there. Completely poor experience and the customer service was non-existent. One customer lost and I would not recommend them.

    Just another corner dealer! Was there for a main service 530e! Tried to explain to this guy Peter that my car needs some visual checks underneath if possible and few other things. While I was explaining the guy was on his desktop rolling his eyes and sometimes smiling like I was a 15 years old trying to get some toys fixed! After all that been told he will try to look into it. In the afternoon went there and off course out Peter wasn’t there anymore, instead another lady pass me the keys without any explanation. Paid £600 for that service and found the next day a dent on the boot as well. Called them and they said will check the cameras! More then a month now no one called me back! Local mechanics have nowadays more customer service then these scammers at Group10

    I had a service today at BMW borehamwood. It was booked on the phone, as I had a service with them last year I was called by their customer service team a few weeks ago to book it. When it was booked, they weren’t sure whether I needed a full service or a minor one and was told I would find out when I come in. When I came to drop the car I was told I needed a full service and they would top up the air con. A few hours later, I was told the service is complete and the cost is £40 more than the online cost. When I asked for reason, I was told because it was booked on the phone, rather than online, even though the bmw customer service called me several times to chase up about the service. On top of that air con was not topped up and car was not cleaned / washed, which was promised when service was booked. I am also disappointed with the lady serving me at the service as she just giggled when I mentioned this and said I should have booked it online. Quite disappointing considering that I bought the car from this branch and already had service last year.
