    Avoid!!! Had a repair done at the end of 2022 and I kept it quiet from the public until now. Had an issue with battery drain. They have diagnosed faulty ECU which in their opinion was 100% fix. £1500 down the drain. Not only that. They have not connected everything correctly and returned the car with even more issues. Left the feedback and nobody has ever bothered to contact me. Recently went to parts department to buy a fuel pump. Been waiting over 20 minutes while all desks empty. Nobody has bothered to see me. Im considering moving to the other brand if thats how BMW treats their customers and have such unskilled staff.

    SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON TOUCH-UP PAINT FROM BMW DEALERSHIP!!! They are always incorrect no matter what. When I went back to explain the issue they've told me that it is always going to be darker because of the way it's applied 😅 When I've asked if they would use this paint for repairs in their garage they said no😮 For me it means it is not fit for purpose (but they are still selling it) I have learn the lesson DO NOT BUY TOUCH-UP PAINT FROM BMW!!!

    This is a fantastic place to visit if you fancy sitting on a chair all day and have nothing in particular to do or no where to be it’s a fairly pleasant dealership I think they have free drinks and you can nose around cars. Just don’t expect to get served or receive any parts in any less than an hour. Also the bell is seemingly there to reassure you it doesn’t actually seem to do anything when asked it does apparently work it’s just the parts people may be somewhere else. How helpful. Excruciatingly slow service you may aswell drive to the next dealer it’ll be faster including journey time. The service here is the worst I’ve ever seen. 30 minutes to been seen by the parts guy then a further 30 minutes for him to find and come out with 2 bolts. Yes a grand total of 2 bolts.

    Absolutely atrocious service every time I’ve been here for parts it’s been over a 30 minute wait seriously save yourself the time it’s actually faster to go to bmw in Milton Keynes rather than come here and wait 30 min at least. The customer service is abysmal. Funnily enough I’m writing this waiting for someone
