Would never use this service as very unprofessional. Seen work provided to one of our charity clients. Grounds work messy and unfinished. Lead worker has a poor attitude, uses intimidation and abusive language to clients who complain, to justify poor workmanship. Although Rene, from “Ground Team”, says “…I do not know what I am talking about,,,” This is, actually, worrying.. If you are a service provider, which “Ground Team” profess to be.. In the current climate ( and 21st century ) you need empathy with your clients. Addressing ALL ( 1 star ) replies with negative connotations underlies a communication failing. It would be far better to proffer a solution to client woes. This being said, I can clearly affirm these are “Cowboys” as proof please view pictures shown by my charity client…. “A picture tells a thousand stories”

Rude, arrogant and unprofessional. This review is based on our experience of Rene at the quote stage. Rene came to visit our garden briefly. Prior to the visit and on site we supplied him with plans, specs and a very detailed scope of works which he scoffed at the health and safety guidelines set out by our designer. This seemed a little odd and unnecessary. We received a quote which needed clarification on a few points. We politely emailed asking for these to be addressed. We sent a total of four short polite emails to Rene verifying these issues during which we also confirmed that we were ready to proceed. The last one was sent on a Friday. We were not expecting a response that day or the weekend and we were shocked when we received this reply with no hello or sign off. The comment about the gymnastics bar was referring to our query of the quote showing £2,500. We realised later that this was a formatting issue and it was in fact £300 but Rene chose not to point that out instead he wrote: "Thanks for another home work for the weekend But for start my price for the gymnastic bar is £300 So I will raise to £350 as you want. Please don’t talk to me before you talk to Karol so I know you actually want to do your project because to me I can keep answering questions and options and updates for years" I am so grateful for a lucky escape from this unpleasant person. It may be that once he is on site everything goes well but his attitude and utter contempt and rudeness is something no one should have to experience. I sent him a reply telling him we would not go ahead and suggesting he soften his tone to which he replied "Goooood"
