Drove here to deliver a load rang bell twice no response I wasn't sure if bell was working so rang through told them I was at gate . When I got into yard a very unprofessional gentleman approached me and immediately started having a go at me saying I had reported him to transport and never to call them ever again his attitude was very poor and obviously lacked customer service skills. The rest of the lads were very friendly and helpful and unloaded me very fast as for the guy who I presume was behind the counter well I suggest some re training he could have approached me with a very different attitude no person should be spoken to how he spoke to me....
