Service was prompt and completed in the expected time frame. We have previously used them for trimming trees (including 30 leylandii trees) and, replacing fencing all around the garden. We had some sleepers that were holding up the bank of our garden fall down over night. After phoning several companies, Groundforce was the only one that didn’t give us a date for next year! Artur came to look at the sleepers on the very same day that I called him, gave me a quote in 2 days which was very reasonable and came to complete the work the following week. Upon completion there were some sleepers that were not slotted in exactly as we were hoping and Artur did not hesitate to come and fix it for us in a matter of days. Excellent customer service.
