I took an Italian leather pair of boots to be repaired and requested leather only on both the heel and soles. I was told that it was not possible to apply leather to my boots and it would have to be replaced with rubber. So I refuse the repair and take the boots into Northfield market. The shoe menders there replaced both sold and heel with leather and has done a spectacular job on the repair.

Went to the kiosk to have a couple of keys cut,the gentleman said it would take a couple of minutes,so we went and done a bit of shopping returned and the keys were ready, very reasonable prices,and they actually work,had some cut at timpsons they never even opened the door, returned them to be cut again and hayho they never worked either,waste of time,so if you need keys cut and your around Northfield,go to the Grosvenor shoe repair kiosk as he actually knows what he's doing very nice man.

I happened to walk past the Shoe Repairs kiosk and remebered that I needed a small alteration done on a belt. I asked the gentleman at the kiosk (who I assume is the owner) if he could help, immediately and with a smile he said he could. Minutes later he was done and I asked him how much I owed? The reply was unexpected as he said "nothing". Just goes to show that kindness does exist in this world! Thank you to the very kind gentleman, for restoring a little of my faith in humanity.
