I took my recently bought BMW 335D to Grosvenor to get a full health check on it post purchase. I was glad I did as Ashley the mechanic who worked on my car sent me a video showing wear to brake reaction arm rubbers, a BMW fix for the steering rack knock ( known BMW fault) and also discussed with me the importance of matching tyre sets on the X drive 4 wheel drive system as well as need for new front pads and disc which I knew about .Barry took me to the car and showed me the wear points and I was able to book the car in that day for the necessary work and borrow a courtesy car to get me home. These guys really know their BMW’s. I saved money from going to a main BMW dealership and future costs of transfer case wear / replacement and steering rack replacement by getting these timely jobs done. Will be using them in the future .

Well where can i start my car was perfect before i gave my car to bmw grosvenor. All the services have been on time everything was perfect however as soon as i gave my car in for a gearbox service which was in February 3 months later my gearbox is going. My car has only done 87,000 miles. Taken it too bmw drake way and they have even said bmw Grosvenor have done something wrong which they wont admit. Same thing 3d transmission said the same thing. What i dont understand how can a gearbox go after 3 months of gearbox oil change. I can understand if the car did 100 thousand miles but come on 87,000 miles where the car has been looked after all services on time i dont even drive rough or put the car in sports transmission. They then quoted me 5,000.00 for recondition are you having a laugh clearly you have done the mistake. ALL I CAN SAY AFFORD THESE PEOPLE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN THEY WILL ROB YOUR MONEY AND MAKE YOU LOOK LIKE A FOOL AND GETTING DONUT MECHANIC TO DO THE WORK.

Sent my DME for cloning, completed on day of receipt, and packed ready for collection thereafter. Unfortunately DME wasn’t the cause of my issue but the support and communication off the Grosvenor team was second to none. The best customer service experience with a garage in my 25 years of motoring. Special mention to Justin & Georgina for their help. Highly recommended.

Second time I've used them and think they are far superior to Inchcape BMW. The price was ~£350 cheaper too. Would highly recommend and will be back for any maintenance on my car!
