Hired a coach for a trip to the races for a birthday. Communications leading up to the event were great. all the staff I spoke to weir very helpful and polite. The coach was lovely, clean & comfortable & the driver was very obliging. Competitive rates and will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend.

It was an experience I had with "the owner" driving a white single decked bus with the registration KX08OMP, I was driving home after work and was on the stratford road in shirley/solihull, I pulled off from a roundabout and the driver looked at me and pulled out on a give way ovs I had right of way I then honked my horn at him, he looked at me and given me a nasty hand gesture, there was no passanger's on the bus at the time but if there was he put them all in danger. He was an elderly man with oddly any teeth left (I wounder why), when I pulled upnext to him to ask what he thought he was playing at and for his details which he wouldn't provide but said "I work for myself" which was enuth to be honest. But if you do use this company for any means of transport I wouldn't have Mr grosvenor him self !!!!
