Sadly I don't manage to visit this lovely club as often as i would like but when I do they always treat me like I'm special (I guess all the customers get that treatment but they do seem very attentive). On my last visit I was happy to see a lot of the long time staff are still working there. It gives a sense of continuity to the place. Ali in the bar seems to have been there forever and is still always very welcoming as is Leo the waiter. There seem to be less of the croupiers than there used to be nevertheless they are usually very polite and professional. And it's always a pleasure to see Tony and Maisie the supervisors - they manage to greet me even though I know they are busy. Keep up the high standards and I hope to be back soon ;)

God awful. Terrible atmosphere and rude staff (if at all there - as no one behind bar through our stay). Richard and Maisie were particularly hostile and unfriendly. I’ve been gambling for 30 years. I think I’d know if I was addicted richard.
