Unfortunately really upset with the way I was spoken to when purchasing shoes at your store on Saturday. A number of hurtful comments where made to myself however the most distressing was when I wanted to purchase one of the pairs of shoes for my daughter and you couldn’t find the left shoe. You then questioned what was in my bag and asked to have a look implying that I had taken the shoe despite telling you my daughter had only ever tried on one shoe. Eventually another member of staff who has always been very kind and friendly found the shoe in the shop window however no apology was made for the accusation that was made. Very hurt by this service and the way you made me feel. Not at all what I would have expected from Groovy2Shoes or any store.

Bev is wonderful and has been so helpful when we've brought in our two children. They both have small and very narrow feet, so it can be tricky to find properly fitting shoes for them - or it would be without Groovy2Shoes's expertise! We also visited in the summer for school shoes for my eldest, they needed to be ordered in and they are perfect. The knowledge the ladies here have is second to none and they really do go above and beyond for you. Highly recommend.
