when my puppy became ill overnight after a visit to our vet and she was sick all night we were told we had to pay £15 cancellation fee despite the fact my daughter paid the grooming fee up front, we were going to have our papillon groomed originally but we were told (after the fee was paid)that we were not insured to go in with him as she has no insurance!!he is nervous with strangers but that did not bother this groomer, i will now give this voucher to the local animal sanctuary who are sure to have a dog who would love a groom.my little dogs will not be going there and i suggest you get the terms set in advance before you part with any money take or take your pet there.surely this is no way to try and build up a business,i also worry if this place has the required experience to clip nails on dogs
