Three weeks ago my male cockapoo went for a groom with Sam, (apologies for the delay in reviewing ! I am private and NEVER! Leave reviews!)…however…. I feel the need to share this! My lovely boy had been groomed regularly elsewhere until recently …when I last collected him I was told that he had howled and barked the entire time! oh no 🙈 this had never happened before! , after that he had surgery at the vets and also howled and barked! It was suggested he may have separation anxiety 😟 All of which I disclosed to Sam (as she asked! and seemed to take an interest in…she asks for such information before she takes a dog in for grooming and listens !) Vader was happy (not pulling away or reluctant) to be left with Sam! (Yay!) and then upon my return to collect I was meet with a happy, far less hairy, shiny, boutique smelling, content Vader! Who was not pulling me towards the door in a frantic break for freedom but happy and calm enough for Sam to explain in detail what she had done and how Vader had coped with what she had done! (A FULL GROOM! I have to add!) I booked his next visit there and then! (And discussed lining up my other dogs first visit!) Thank you Sam ! Vader and I are looking forward to his next visit 🐾🐾

Sam recently completed a puppy introduction groom on my Sprocker Spaniel puppy. Sam spent time with me talking through options suitable for a spaniel both for now and the future explaining the pros and cons and also any specifics I wanted as owner. On the day Sam did a fantastic job introducing my puppy to the process. Only doing what he was comfortable with so as not to scare him for the future. He came home freshly bathed, dried and had a little trim on his legs. I would highly recommend Sam both for the grooming job she did on my puppy but also how much she helped me as owner! My puppy will definitely be going back to Sam for his next spa day!
