Horrible service! I booked a groom for my sausage wire-haired dog, when i got there the lady from stuff was super rude and told me someone booked her as a long-haired groom (which honestly both have long hair so what’s the big difference) and she wasn’t going to groom my dog because of it, which is ridiculous! i booked grooming and that’s it, and i just asked to simply shave her with a really short hair - which is not that hard right, and after being rude she was like “Are you going to decide this or not because i have stuff to do” rude! no one is helpful there. In the end, i agreed with her demands, a ridiculous shower and hygienic cut for 50 pounds! a steal!!! and they took 1h30 to make this simple thing, i’m sorry in that time they could simply trim her as i asked. She’s a mini dog so a shower on her takes max 10 minutes, I’m so sorry taking 1h30 on that job was ridiculous. anyway, horrible service, horrible location and even worse staff - avoid this place!!! And also my dog was shaking and super tense after her experience there, just awful! and just waiting for the sassy reply from the owner, as i see that every single person that complained here got one lol it’s always good to learn how to take bad reviews too! ;)

As a first-time customer, I visited the salon for a face, feet, and bum trim for my dog. Upon arrival, I was handed a form to fill out, but there was no discussion about how I wanted the trim done. When I requested a short trim around my dog's mouth, it felt like I was asking for too much. Upon picking up my dog, I noticed that the face and bum areas were not trimmed as requested (the bum was not trimmed at all). When I pointed this out, the lady admitted she had forgotten, and her colleague began trimming my dog. The service, which felt incomplete, cost £44. When I provided feedback, mentioning the lack of customer service and how it made me feel, she dismissed my concerns, rolled her eyes and walked away, leaving me appalled by the experience. I will not be returning to this salon. The experience was disappointing and unprofessional.

The best Groomers in London!!! Mio has visited Groom Dog City since she was 9 weeks old and the team has been consistently outstanding, specifically Rute who’s been so kind and professional. Mio is a Shiba Inu, a notoriously difficult breed to groom and wash, but due to Groom Dog City’s expertise and friendliness Mio can have some stress-free TLC! Highly recommend this groomer to any dog owner, Mio smells AMAZING and look/feels so clean after her appointment. 🦊🛀❤️

I really appreciate their professional work and kindness. You can tell they absolutely love dogs (this was very important for me as I was choosing my puppy’s first groom). My puppy had his first groom here and I was very worried about his reaction to being groomed but I could tell he enjoyed his time with them when I picked him up. They made him the cutest puppy in the world!! I highly recommend Groom Dog City.
