Last time I use this company. I was promised delivery of my cleaning on Friday but when nothing had arrived by Saturday I contacted them and was told it will be Monday before they can deliver. Not good enough.

I was reduced to tears (actual tears - it was that bad)... a simple dress needed taken up! Awful job! Do not do it - can’t understans what went wrong - I could’ve done better!!!! Reduced a £120 dress to nothing! Do NOT recommend for alterations! Disgraceful!!!
