If I could rate 0 stars I would. I bought a Kitchen tap for £167 in Feb 2021 with a 5 year guarantee. 11 months later it started leaking from the tails (a known issue) I have lost the receipt but offered to return it thinking that they would know when it was manufactured if they had the tap. Long story short, zero interest, zero help, couldn't care less. If you want a premium product, please avoid this company they are toxic. Don't believe me? Look on Trustpilot

I had ordered the Blue Home Filter system in October and followed with an order, direct from Grohe for extra tanks and filter on 10 Nov. As my order was incorrect, I was promised a refund by return. Email requests and telephone calls are either ignored or promises made are disregarded. A truly appalling standard of customers service. I wish I had never heard the word Grohe

Shower valve broke in just nine months, awful customer service who don't respond to emails, don't ring back when they say they will and line goes dead when put through to warranty dept. I am without washing facilities and I'm depressed that I am battling with such appalling customer service. Shame on you Grohe.

Agree with others that Grohe UK customer service is poor. I wrote to them 13 Feb 2021 to request their advice after their tap developed a fault. They sent an acknowledgement email with copy of the photo I submitted etc. They promised to respond within two days "but will try hard to get back sooner". That was 13 Feb. I had no further response or attempt by them to look into my enquiry to help. Its now 2 April 2021. Not happy.

Update time! - After leaving Grohe a 1 star review as my only way of getting any response from the company. They finally emailed me back telling me someone would be in touch to resolve my issue. They even quoted me a reference number....here we are again 3 weeks later still no response.

I am a professional kitchen & bathroom supplier and Grohe without a doubt is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been chasing a replacement part for over 3 months now and no one can be bothered to get back to me. So my advice would be to avoid, mediocre product with awful service what a great combination...I will be telling all my customers to not buy their products.
