Beware - if you arrive 3 minutes (180 seconds) late for an appointment made by phone, they'll start on the next customer and blame you by telling you you should have booked and paid online. If that's the case, why don't they tell you this when you book over the phone? I would have let this slide but on top of this the manager was rude when I informed him I was going somewhere else instead. It's a shame because Jonathan is a good barber.

Son had his hair done. Barber did an excellent job. Due to my son having adhd/autism & nonverbal. The owner, who we asked how much was rude and said we could go else were, if we were not happy with the price for a childs cut. And said that because the barber took his time on our son's hair. Our son is 3 years old as well.. he's a toddler?! and he has adhd and autism?However, it is not child friendly, unfortunately, and discrimination!

Really annoyed I gave this guy money. I asked him just to tidy up my hair and give it a little texture he took way too much off and left it looking worse than when I went in. He cut around the ears really unevenly without any kind of blending just a sheer cut and the left ear was different from the right. He just ran over the sides with a no.7 all the same length other than the hair around my sideburns that he didn't touch so that ended up being longer than the rest of my hair the back at the bottom was also not cut evenly. I also have really fine hair that he decided to thin out. When I told him at the end and pointed out exactly what wrong he got really defensive, I told him look I'm sorry to complain but normally I wouldn't normally I just wouldn't come back, he told me "don't worry you don't have to come back". I had alopecia for about two years my hairs finally in a state where I can grow it out more and have medium length cuts, this is my first haircut where I've been able to grow my hair out. thanks mate you've just set me back about 6-8 months 👌👍.
