We brought a bike from the website and was delivered promptly, but we had ordered the wrong colour. We Emailed grip bikes and they exchanged it for the one we wanted, with no hesitation at all, totally our fault but nothing was to much trouble. I would definitely go to them for bikes in the future.

Service on my full suspension Marin was excellent. Highlighted some issues missed elsewhere and returned the bike to excellent shape. Update for 2022 - Use Matt and the team regularly now for service work, bike setup, spares supplies and support for both myself and my sons - they have continued to be fantastic especially with their help for my youngest as he's moved to do more racing.
