I have been extremely happy with the service and technical support I have received and would have no hesitation in recommending this Company. It is very reassuring to know that you are driving along with a MIRA crash tested system behind you. Also on GrippaTanks advice after listening to my requirements they recommended that I have a mains operated Booster Pump to increase the life of my RO Membranes and I also now have fixed mounted hose reels, which is making my working life much easier, something I should have done a long time ago, many thanks Oliver.

This review has been a long time coming as I don’t really write reviews Grippatank come Highly recommended I’ve been a customer for 6 years now and I’ve had a few different systems fitted in a few different vans . Quality hot water RO systems and parts that have never failed me a few minor problems here and there but when this has accrued I’ve called and got through to the team and it’s been sorted over the phone also when I’ve had the system serviced yearly the technicians have checked everything and fixed any minor issues there and then . I really can’t fault them for anything and I’m grateful to Oliver Adam Conner Peter and the girls in the office . Good family run business .

This is a slightly overdue review. I have had a new 500l delivery/ RODI system, booster pump and electric SS hose reel installed back in December. The system is of a very high standard (quality and installation), I had a few personal little snags that I asked to be rectified (very minor snags) that they soon rectified on my driveway no questions asked, they were intent on leaving me completely satisfied with my purchase. Post sale customer service has been excellent and I have no doubt that the quality components will stand the test of time. Having the full van mounted system has been a critical component to my business with some of the sites I work on and make it easy for me to keep topped up with pure water. I recommend a two man system, as the cost increase isn’t major and it gives you the redundancy of a second pump and controller should one or the other fail (not happened to me yet) or you need a second man for bigger jobs The system is versatile to my ever changing needs as my business grows and can be upgraded or modified as needed. I highly recommend grippa tank for your WFP system needs! I have personally dealt with Peter Phillips and Ollie Stanton, who are both very knowledgeable on their products and extremely helpful.

I am not one for writing bad reviews and I am sure most get a good service. However, I have have experienced the worst customer service I have ever received. Which I am really disappointed about as once I found grippa tank I like the look of their products. I will certainly not being using them again and hope that this review will finally prompt after numerous emails and phone calls, to get back to to rectify their mistake and answer two simple questions after being told I would have a call back by the end of the business day. 6 times over three weeks.
