I paid for two tyres to be replaced and some repair work, I expressed I was due to go away in a holiday with my newborn in the car the next day. Driving home I heard a slight knocking sound. Which was louder by the time I got home. The garage had already closed, so I decided to check the wheel nuts. I was shocked to find my front passenger side nuts were finger tight and the knocking sound was my loose front wheel. The next morning they torqued the nuts at the garage when I went back to complain. I was offered a feee MOT. I wasn’t going to leave a review but after speaking to friends who expressed the seriousness and when driving with a newborn in the car I have no choice! I have been told my alloy wheels are damaged too. I won’t be back!
