I went by others review here ( now I doubt how they have been made up) We ordered 25 full kits. Full payment asked and paid ahead of order 1. The promised date was 17th April and missed the date by 2 months despite 20+ follow ups and frustrations. 2. Quality of fabrick for kits are ok but the jumpers are very thin, not fit for UK weather. 3. I was offered a ransome of a jumper to keep quite on this issue. Whereas my entire team was freaked due to long wait and we played matches without match kits. 4. Our sponsors program got cancelled due to unavailability of kits we could not face sponsor's. 5. Disgusted customer service, made me feel that they are doing a favour by taking our order. 6. They wanted to play around by swapping the VAT part to other so called sister company but when resisted they corrected the invoice. Don't want to keep adding all the issues here and keep wasting my time anymore.. but if you are thinking of ordering make sure you personally see the products and place your orders several months ahead of your schedule.

Messed up my order, then expected me to pay for extra items! 🤣 Also left my teammates waiting well over the expected delivery time. UPDATE: Hi, Thank you for your reply. Your records must be mistaken as some of my teammates still hadnt recieved their items. They even offered to come and pick it up themselves but were informed it was already out for delivery! Grip active have even offered us a deal on a second strip to compensation for their mistake. Thank you.

Can't fault the quality of them. Customer Service is great, quick responses. Waiting forever to receive kit, communication non existent and customer service very below par. Would not recommend especially if you want your kit in under 2 months. Also ordered XL top and Large shorts but got both in XL which I’m now having to make do with.

Could not recommend Grip Active highly enough. Top class customer service from start to finish, the quality of the products we have received are amazing and the designs are amazing too. From start to finish everything was done promptly and on time, very quick turn around especially considering the time of year we ordered, unlike all other companies we have used in the past and they provided continous updates on our orders. We will be placing further orders in the very near future.
