AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!! If you want your skip to be left at your drive for 4 weeks after you have asked them REPEATEDLY to come and collect then go ahead otherwise DO NOT USE THEM. I have called them multiple times for the past 4 weeks and the skip has not been collected. THEY ARE cheap for this reason. NOT WORTH IT - please listen to the negative reviews. I wish I had read the reviews before Service: House & garage cleanouts

WORST SKIP COMPANY EVER!! AVOID**** They were meant to collect the skip 2 weeks after delivery... and its now on its third week nearly 4th and no one has collected it - they then refuse to collect the skip as its over filled but has been overfilled as the house is not occupied WHICH I MADE THEM AWARE OF and people have been chucking their rubbish into it which i have been reporting to them - i have been chasing it up every single day for the past week and they denied any record of contact - they then empty the skip CONTENTS onto the drive and take the skip - very very disappointing - avoid as much as you can! would give 0 stars if possible!!!

We have used Grinsell for a number of years at construction sites and properties which we maintain. Unfortunately recently customer service and overall performance has deteriorated to a point where it is no longer possible to continue this relationship. Staff sound like they woke up three minutes ago after a five day bender, their response times for collections have become weeks in place of days, information is not passed on to the next person, and when challenged the owner's daughter said that "now she won't send a driver because she feels offended". Whereas I am all for supporting local small businesses, grinsells have proven to be someone not reliable enough to be trusted despite the above average cost charge. I truly hope that the market verifies their performance and either puts them out of their misery, or forces to hire someone who is suitably equipped to deal with other humans.
