I would like this rating to massively improve after Mark decides to send me an itemised invoice. We payed TWICE the amount of the quote we were given for repairs which took TWO years to be partially completed. This review will be edited when we receive the invoice. At the point of writing this, I have asked Mark twice on the phone and emailed him. This is not how a successful business conducts itself. Very disappointing.
