Paul (Grimshaw) provided an excellent service throughout the entire process of the work undertaken for my Mum’s garden. The work involved new fencing for the whole garden, the demolishing of an old garage and the creation of a new gravel covered area where the garage previously stood. After visiting the garden on two occasions to assess and advise on the required work, Paul provided a prompt and clear, written quotation within a few days, as he said he would. Paul and his team carried out their work in a very conscientious and professional manner, resulting in a high quality job, with which my Mum is very satisfied. As I live out of town, Paul also kept me up to date with the daily progress of the work by either ‘phoning or texting me, a practice which I particularly appreciated. Paul and his team carried out an alteration of our kitchen roof from a flat roof to a pitched roof with Velux windows and also did all the prep work for a kitchen refit. The quote was competitive and the work was started and completed on time. Paul kept us fully in the picture all the time as to what was happening and when. Paul and all his team seemed to us to be thoroughly professional, efficient and, a minor point perhaps, all seemed to work very well together.
