Awkward entrance. Parking up a steep slope and not enough space if busy. Single room was depressing tbh. Far too cramped. No room to put kit anywhere. I felt i have been better off in a 1 man caravan. Toilet is open plan, on show from the window . Slowest kettle and hot water . The shower was like being a safe cracker to try not get scolded or frozen. It looks very nice outside.. but I was booked in 4 nights and slept comfier in my campervan.

Rooms: Really well thought out. Safety: Staff are great at understanding what's needed for families and single female guests. Noteworthy details: Had some last minute changes to a family event, the team were unfazed and came through with every request. Outstanding team at all times, in all departments.

Let down by it's location. Right next to a busy dual carriageway. Also my single room was a bit grotty and very small, box room esq, with view of a wall. Reminded me of my student digs. Rooms : 2/5 | Service : 3/5 | Location : 1/5 … More

Fantastic venue with first rate food and staff attention to detail. I stayed last Thursday evening with three of my work colleagues and had superb service from everyone after arriving a little late. Rooms were beatifull. I cannot state just how brilliant all the staff were with us and how immaculate the rooms were. Certainly be staying here again as our Head Office is in Bretby and we all live in South Wales. Well done to all the lovely staff. Thank you for a very memorable and enjoyable brief stay Darren, Dean and James x

Rooms are very clean and tidy, downside is food is not served until 7pm and the menu is quite expensive I.e. £21 for burger and chips. The TV is minuscule and is very hard to watch.
