Absolutely disgusting. Found a hair in the vegetable chow main, and even more shockingly a bone! It hurt my teeth as the bite came with the noodles (prior to finding the hair thereafter). I would give 0 if I could. I am feeling nauseous and will be disputing further. Shouldnt be allowed to serve anyone food.

I've ordered from this place 10+ times. I had one great dish out of the many that I've ordered and great buns. When my partner orders food, the order is always missing items and the quality is terrible. I couldn't eat most dishes like the teriyaki salmon (I'm surprised at how bad it was, I cook this dish better at home), it was like eating dry, tasteless, rubber flakes and there was a small amount. I hope this restaurant brings up their quality. It's like they are serving the minimum and old, cheap quality food to save and make money. When the restaurant was on the phone with my partner, the man was rude, spoke and hung up the phone so quickly. Maybe he was stressed out but my partner and I are kind and patient so we hope to give more stars soon.

I’ve ordered from Grilled Fusion ~15 or more times so I think I can give a balanced view. I want to rate them higher because I think their dishes, especially the vegetable and Sichuan dishes, are good but there are some issues with this place that are frustrating (detailed below). If these were to improve I think this could be a solid 4 star place. #1 delivery timing is unreliable - on occasions I’ve ordered an hour in advance of a scheduled delivery time, only for it to be 30+ late #2 cold drinks are packed together with hot food meaning the drinks can’t be consumed immediately - clearly useless for a takeaway meal (see photo) #3 some of the generic items e.g. spring rolls, samosas etc are of poor quality. Better to stick to the higher quality regional Chinese dishes

Tasty, clean, decent portions delivered in 20 minutes. Deliveroo driver dropped the wrong order. Called the restaurant and they remade ours and had it with us in 15 minutes. 5/5 would binge again 👌

Ordered delivery (via Deliveroo) and it was great! Upon first impression, the egg fried rice didn’t look fried enough, but it was! The rice had great flavor and was cooked perfectly. The gyoza and mini veg spring rolls were good, too. Both sides came with their own sauce. The food arrived quickly and everything was still hot. Will definitely order from here again.
