From intro to outro, the tone and mannerism a representative uses to represent any business, speaks more volume. A business reputation can be tarnished and summarized by one simple phone conversation. Assuredly, the representative of this business is rude and immeasurably unprofessional. Getting huffy with a client, is one thing but slamming the phone is a complete low. Perhaps, some individuals lack the logic or memory to realize that even an individual calling in representation of their own business, should be treated as a client and not with such contempt and holding the stereotypical view that all sales people are "scum" and unworthy of dignified response. First impressions is appalling. Imagine having a dispute with such a company.
