Me and my husband would like to say a HUGE thank you to Nick and the team at Griffin Property Co. for all their support through out the sale of our first property! This is the first time we have ever sold a property and was very apprehensive to using an online estate agents as we weren’t sure what to expect or what we needed to do. Regardless of the doubts of my family for using a company that didn't have a presence in my home town of Aberdeen, I was extremely satisfied with how everything went. Given the tough market at the moment, I was pleasantly surprised to have three viewings and two offers within 6 weeks of going onto the market. The agents were always easy to reach, very knowledgeable, especially Jacob, who was extremely helpful from start to finish. I would not hesitate to go with this agent again. If you are willing to put in a bit of the work yourself to make sure that the property is being marketed correctly, then I would definitely recommend Griffin Property Co. in future. Jacob was excellent throughout the entire selling process, always easy to reach at the other end of the phone, had a lot of useful knowledge in order to assist with the marketing and ultimately the sale of the property.

Previously I had tried a couple of online estate agents but found the whole experience a waste of time. I contacted Griffin as a last resort and shocked at the difference.
