Phone lines are always busy when you try to call. You have to constantly try to call all day to get through. Sometimes the receptionists are rude, sometimes they’re friendly. It’s like Russian Roulette with them.

Truly bad service. Phone constantly engaged no matter when I ring. I have missed an appointment and can't get through to sort it out. Not only that but having to wait nearly 6 months with temporary fillings before the final appointment is a JOKE. I will be changing dentists. Not recommended.

Been registered with Griffin dentist now for many years. I've never had a problem, maybe an overrunning appointment time but these things happen and are out of their control. I've seen several dentist at the practice in the past but for many a year now a lady called Roberta has seen to me. For me the best dentist I've ever had, such a pleasant and caring nature and really puts you at ease. All the staff here I can not fault in any way, always friendly and when I've needed an appointment quick, got me seen to. Alway good to be greeted by the familiar face of the tall lady on reception ( I should know your name by now as I've known you long enough, sorry) Thank you to all for many years of service.
