This lady at the reception was being mean and not helpful when I’m late for the tour. Very inpatient and rised her voice at me when I asked her things😅, wouldn’t recommend!

Tour was ok. Tour guide knew his stuff but it felt sterile and like we didn't see the real brewery. In the hock bar we ended early as the shop was closing. Disappointing, would have expected better from Fuller's.
