The Team at Greystone Lettings are fantastic as they go above and beyond, before during and after the rental period. Problems in our rented flat in the Jewellery Quarter inevitably arose, however, a quick email or pop in the office, on Warstone Lane, and it would be resolved in an appropriate timeframe. Due to the pandemic, we had a few issues with payment, on our end, the agency worked well with us and the landlord to reach negotiations of delayed a rental period. Their level of understanding and transparency was something that was greatly appreciated. Charlotte who we dealt with on a regular basis but also Sukhdev, were professional friendly and brilliant at communicating. Official inventories and paperwork were all carried out in a clear and concise manner, with the return of our deposit being swift.
