    Your drivers are a great ad for your business. Tailgating me on Tixall Road when I'm doing the speed limit. Either keep a proper distance or grow a pair and overtake if you're in that much of a rush. It's not rocket science. At least they had enough brain cells to realise I was letting them go past when I put the hazards on and stopped. My wife and baby son are also grateful.

    If only I could leave no stars. So I needed a stair carpet for a flight of stairs and was told I would need 16 meters of carpet, I protested this seemed a bit much but a second member of staff insisted that yes, I would definitely need 16 meters, which I paid for, despite my reservations. The staff did not send anyone to measure up and did not listen to my reservations. So next day my partner went in with our own measurements and indeed they had oversold us carpet by 4 meters. They said they would give a refund, but only offered refund for 2 meters. I wrote an email requesting a full refund, I felt like they had coerced me into buying too much carpet and then tried to cheat me out of half of my refund, and no longer wanted to do business with them, (of course, it could have been that their maths was just bad). The next day I went to get my refund and was told they would not speak to me or have anything to do with me as my claims were being investigated at head office level. After a few more emails they let myself and my partner know that their investigation had concluded and indeed I was guilty of giving false information, slander and abuse, and whilst as a gesture of good will they would refund my money in full, we are both henceforth banned for life from entering Greyfriars Carpets. With the exception of the ban for life, which has caused us a little amusement, this was a wholly distressing experience. but at least one day we will be able to look back and laugh.

    Owner/ Staff didn't seem to bothered that we had visited the showroom to look at and buy some carpets. Brilliant range of carpets but didn't buy due to having to hunt someone down to sell anything to us.
