Cassius Hammond cancelled our appointment without calling and just e-mail. We only checked out e-mail when we arrive after over an hour drive. This is really unprofessional, if they wanted to cancel on the same, they should have called. If anyone wants to use their service, please think twice as their communication skills and professionalism are definitely in question.

Viewed a house last year, was told the sellers will take offers, spent months going backwards and forwards to then find out the sellers won’t take any offers and want the asking price. Had we not been told false information then we wouldn’t have wasted our time. Constantly had to chase up calls with them. Went to view a house again recently, didn’t know anything about the house and had no interest in finding out what we wanted to know, put an offer in and never heard back from them. Would not use or recommend unfortunately

From Getting viewings in and always getting feed back,advising what's best to do as well. Even after getting my offer I've heard from the sales progress lady Sarah updating me all the time. Greyfox sold my fathers house in Hoo last year, it wasn't an easy process as sadly he passed away while the sale was going through, we then had the drawn out process of applying for probate etc. Obviously this was a difficult time for myself and all the family but I cant praise Leeanne, Paige and all the staff at Walderslade enough. Their compassion and professionalism in dealing with the purchasers, and my somewhat difficult solicitor was amazing. I would have no hesitation in recommending or using Greyfox again. Thank you.
