Ordered a vape pen next day delivery waited 5 days for it to come and it doesnt work but yet wont let you swap it in the shop which i think is ridiculous. All i wanted was an exchange instore and they still wouldnt do it. Absolute joke, dont know if i will use these in the future.

My first visit as fairly new to vaping..very impressed with only staff member who was temporarily locking door to use toilet,saw me park up opposite and held his bladder for me to enter and engage in fairly lengthy conversation as I had numerous questions.. extremely informative and friendly,seemed a decent choice of liquids/devices for all types of vapes/vapers.
