Recommended to me from a friend in Ireland. Originally I left a really annoyed review because they use Evri aka Hermes who are dreadful and delayed my delivery twice today before saying "nvm see you tomorrow". I contacted Greyhaze and Jim responded within 2hrs to say he tried to get them to deliver it today to no avail. Whatever he said to them must have worked as it's now shown up. Will use again but please sort the nic shots option out under juices on the website, as it says they're out of stock but for the more vaping inclined - I simply search for a different brand of nic shots and ordered it separate. Thanks.

--AVOID GREY HAZE AT ALL COSTS -- Awful experience of customer service from Grey Haze (Is that Grey Haze Ltd, Grey Haze Online Ltd, Grey Haze B14 ltd, Grey Haze Digbeth Ltd or even Grey Haze Rubery Limited?!?) With the vast amount of competition in this sector I would have thought customer service would be the number one priority? The fact the customer service team made a mistake when sending out the order (entered the incorrect address after being told the correct address and repeating it back to me, and unable to apologise or admit the mistake had been made, which was the second attempt at receiving the same order). The customer service team then cancelled the order for what reason? I will certainly be taking my custom elsewhere and I suggest you do also. I'm sure there are many similar companies who offer a much better service. A quick Google search quickly reveals others feel the same.
