Sadly I have had a poor experience with Grespania tiles and Grespania UK''s response. These are premium priced tiles. They look great in the showroom but it now seems they are difficult to clean. I contacted Grespania UK and asked them for advice on how to clean the tiles. They could only recommend a cleaner that has already failed to work. If nothing stronger can be used without damaging the tiles then one can only conclude that the tile is not fit to be sold and should be withdrawn from the market. So I have been left very unhappy with the product and the response. That is my personal experience.

This is to review there tiles,not there customer service,that cant be anywhere near as bad . All there tiles seem to be porcelain which would be ok for commercial large scale floor areas. There is no need for tiles to be made of such tough porcelain if your intending to sell them to the public for use on bathroom walls. I've been tiling 25 years and have never used such poor quality tiles,very similar to the Turkish rubbish that's about. Tiles are not accurate, extremely hard to drill and are even harder to cut. Dont waste your time.
