The location is wonderful and the staff really helpful. However the rooms let it down. They are adequately sized, but basically furnished with no sockets near the beds for charging my phone. The single curtains don't fully cover the windows; perhaps a full pair at each window would be better. No tea/coffee in rooms, no breakfast, but luckily lots of food options nearby. The exceeding dark bathroom, with plenty of hot water, was in desperate need of a proper clean and a revamp. Would I return? Probably not.

i was absolutely appalled upon my arrival at this establishment, the room was so dingy with yellow and orange walls where the paint was clearly coming off, dust everywhere, carpet was clearly not hoovered, bed was just cheap and beat up and a sink in the corner that serves no actual purpose as you are expected to use the communal facilities. maintenance is clearly a problem at this hotel and i honestly i felt like taking my shoes off when I left the hotel to keep London clean. the fact that one night here costs a days wage is actually absurd. bless the guy working, he was lovely but please find elsewhere to work

Absolutely shocking. Different colour paint on the walls including old wallpaper that was dangling. Yellow and orange paint with a random ugly cyan blue sink in the corner of the room. Which I presume also acts as a toilet and bathtub as they are not included! There was a gap under the door so you have no privacy. Sorry I mean to say there was a shower and toilet BUT it is shared with everyone else, lovely! It was also awfully dirty, carpet hadn't seen a hoover for a while clearly. 85 quid for this is shocking! Props to the gentleman at the counter he was nice, but I never complained I just gave him the key and walked back out.

(Original) Ho soggiornato in questo Hotel per 3 notti insieme alla mia fidanzata. Abbiamo preso la stanza con il bagno privato (situata all'ultimo piano). La stanza si è presentata piu pulita del previsto (leggendo altre recensioni), un pò piccola ma con tutto quello che serve. Il pavimento fa molto rumore quando ci cammini sopra, e l'insonorizzazione tra le altre stanze vicine è inesistente. la posizione dell'hotel è veramente ottima, accanto al British Museum. Considerazioni finali: è un hotel economico e che ha quel che serve, quindi mi sento di consigliarlo per chi non ha pretese.

The place is desperate in need of a reform. The staff on check-in was super helpful. Very nice guy! The room assigned was tiny for a couple and the ENTIRE ROOM WAS STINKING OF CIGARETTE!🤢🤢🤢 On the reception the staff understood my problem and showed me another room. In this one there was no bad smell but there was molding developing on the ceiling. After that, i decide to get out of there as fast as possible. No wonders the place doesn't have refunds policy, otherwise will be broken for now. 😒
