Looked at my broken camera and diagnosed the problem without charging (most other places charge a flat fee) and then gave honest advice about the best way to repair. Very efficient and friendly service. My filter was jammed on my camera lens (Canon EOS 77D). I was quoted £30 by Jessops just to send it off to see if they could repair it without damaging the lens, with no assurance that it would be successful. I decided not to take that risk. I found Gres Camera Repair on the internet and at first I was hesitant to ask for help as it seemed to be for professionals, but I called anyway. Graham was brilliant from start to finish. I dropped the camera off one day and the next day picked it up all repaired, for a fraction of just the initial cost quoted by Jessops. Graham has a wealth of knowledge and experience and was very happy to help with my issue. I wouldn’t hesitate in going back, whatever the problem.
