Keep your receipts forever. If you have an issue with the quality you won’t get any help without your proof of purchase. Even though the claim is Grenson has been manufactured in only one factory on the planet 😂. Not helpful at all even though the fault in your design makes my £450 boots unwearable. Had to take them to a local craftsman to fix for £20. What a shame…

Bought 3 pairs of the 12 style sneaker and had to return all 3 of them. They all came filthy, shoes laces grimly and glue everywhere?!? If I wanted a pair of trainers that looked used and worn I would have gone to a charity shop. It's a shame this site will not upload pictures on here. Customer service is also a joke.
