I had an unfortunate experience purchasing a pair of Grenson Boots from another online retailer, and James and the team at Grenson really went the distance to help out and get me a new pair of boots. I really appreciated all the effort they put in and I purchased a replacement pair from Grenson at this store. The quality was so good, I then even bought another pair! Bought suede shoes. Applied the grenson suede protective spray sold to me with the shoes. The spray stained the shoes with little dark blotches. Customer service had me send the shoes back for research. Two weeks later they told me the suede was 'faulty'... yes, not the spray which is still on sale. So either avoid grenson suede or their shoe treatment products. Or both.

Bought 3 pairs of the 12 style sneaker and had to return all 3 of them tho I love the design. They all came filthy, shoes laces grimly and glue everywhere?!? If I wanted a pair of trainers that looked used and worn I would have gone to a charity shop. It's a shame this site will not upload pictures on here. Customer service is also a joke.
