I had an intimate problem that I have discovered 24 hours before. I went there at 8:30am and I told to the reception lady that I do not have any appointment but I would like to speak with a a doctor if was possible. She said straight away no. I told her that is due an intimate problem and she said without any empathy "This is not a walk in clinic, you can go either to Enfield or to Finchley, sorry" No empathy, no love, no compassion for the others. They are just rubbish, a waste of funds from the NHS. If you are in Wood Green, please do not registered there, is a waste of your time.

You’d be dead by the time you get an appointment at this surgery. I don’t even bother trying anymore.

The worst surgery possible! Even when a 5 month old baby is not feeling well you can't get an appointment. Never available! They pass you from obe another without any result!

A number of serious issues: Appointments must be phoned in between 8am or 3 pm on the dot, than one must wait in an endless queue for an appointment to be seen in two or three weeks, clearly their patients health is irrelevant. Very limited knowledge by Doctors, and emotional intelligence is missing. This surgery has limited patients daily, in fact it's nearly always void of patients allowing the Doctors to spent enough time at their 'Private Surgery', just appalling and indeed sad times. Moreover, the all whites stark depressing walls in this somehow stale looking surgery zooms one instantly in an old fashioned TV mental asylum !!!

Just called for an urgent appointment for my daughter. I was very lucky to get the last slot. The lady who answered the call, Rachel, was super kind, informative and helpful. I could not have asked for more. Thank you

Useless you are better off not going in at all. The practice is a waste of NHS funding they might aswell close it down. Took my dad in for a carpal tunnel problem and they gave him no medication and advised him to try resting his hand. Took him in again after a few weeks, they gave him a wrist band and sent us away again with no scans or anything despite us reuesting it. We had to contact the hospital ourself to get an appointment as they didn't refer us. We also had a similar problem with my sister, who had an ingrown toe nail. This practice said they will organise her an appointment at the hospital and refer her to the right clinic for an operation and it would take upto 4-6 weeks at most. Its been 6 months and everytime we contact the practice we are told a different story. Edit: When you try get an appointment for anything they never seem to have any available for weeks. By that time you probably get better or its too late. Ridiculous and unacceptable management.

Some of the doctors are good, but others are making mistakes every time. Now they work from home, I've been told. They prescribe antibiotics without seeing the patient or running tests, the misdiagnose, the prescribe wrong treatments and never follow up after therapies!!

My 88 year old severely disabled mum is currently in hospital with a serious lung infection … I have been begging the surgery to prescribe anti biotics for a week bow but the surgery spurts out red tape and insist on a triage call…which they will schedule in several days time, doctor yaya would not even see me nor take 5 mins out of his schedule when I turned up at the surgery practically begging to see him on my mums behalf…what an uncompassionate, stuck up his own behind GP!! this is without a doubt one of the worst surgeries in north London , with terrible doctors ( doctor Patalay being the exception to this)

The worst GP I've ever came across!!! Lazy and heartless stuff! I had to wait 2 months for breast check as they forgot to book an appointment?! Then I had to wait for 6 months for dermatologist appointment, as they forgot to send a request!! Again! and on the top of that, for person with breathing issues - phone appointment with nurse! that is not a joke!
