    Booked for a wake Booked for a wake. Hired audio and visual equipment including technician to ensure perfect tribute to family member. I had the choice for a technician to prepare the tribute too for a very small fee but trusting my techy nephew I decided to give him the responsibility as part of his contribution of remembrance. Firstly we booked from 1.30pm until 3.30pm, we arrived late at 2.30pm as the mass over ran. When we arrived I gave Nigel all the equipment including nephews' instructions to get into the presentation that took 11 hours to lovingly create. Could Nigel get this presentation to project without stagger onto the big screen? No. Guests tried, he tried over and over. Nigel did so very much, he went above and beyond to get this tribute played. I could feel his anxiety although he did not express it. The moral of the story is CHECK OUT PERSONALLY THAT THE VENUE HAS DECENT WIFI. After much conversation with the venue provider they finally accepted it was their issue. Nigel and Gregory Visual were brilliant, sending him off with a buffet filled belly at 4.30pm he said he would take the tribute home and put it into a format that I could then share with my grieving family. I received it today as he promised and it is truly lovely. Highly recommended, take advice though do your own research of the venues Wi-Fi output first as it will save so much stress for all. Thank you Nigel and Elaine. xx

    ADDED TO REVIEW - I HAVE NEVER STATED THAT THE SALES PERSON DIDN'T DO ENOUGH, THEY GOT 2 NEW GUITARS SENT TO ME IN GOOD TIME BUT THEY ARE STILL BLAMING COURIERS- THE 2 GUITARS THAT WERE DAMAGED ARRIVED IN BOXES THAT WERE NOT DAMAGED AT ALL AND THEREFORE THE DAMAGE CAME FROM BEFORE THE COURIER. COMPANIES SHOULD REALISE THAT THEY AND THEY ALONE ARE RESPONSIBLE TO THE CUSTOMER, IT IS THERE CHOICE WHAT COURIER THEY USE BUT AS I SAID THE PACKAGING WAS NOT DAMAGED AND THEREFORE NO FAULT OF THE COURIER. ALSO THE COMPANY ARE PARTLY BLAMING ME FOR THE DAY THE FINAL GUITAR ARRIVED AS I ORIGINALLY SAID THAT DELIVERY COULD BE FRIDAY SATURDAY OR MONDAY BUT WHEN I WAS TOLD MONDAY DID THEY THINK I WOULD STAY OFF WORK ON THE OFF CHANCE SOMEONE WOULD COME WITHOUT WARNING HE OWNERS RESPONSE IS INCORRECT REGARDING THE DELIVERY OF THE FINAL GUITAR AS IVE JUST GONE THROUGH ALL EMAILS AND SHE STATES THAT IT WOULD BE DELIVERED AND COLLECTED ON MONDAY (TODAY) many issues - - ordered a sunburst johnny brook guitar set. within 4 hours someone called me to say out ouf stock (even though still showing in stock after my sale) they did offer me the same set but in red (bit childish looking) - guitar arrived when stated and was package well inside 2 boxes but once opened there were numerous defects, dents and scrapes. I called the sales person and was told to email over all pics - I did this and they arranged for a new one to be dropped off and for the damaged one to be picked up separately. - next guitar was delivered 2 hours after delivery time given and they also took the damaged guitar which shouldve gone back at 9am and I waiting in all day. - opened 2nd guitar which was in 1 box wrapped in cellophane - again there was some minor imperfections bit there was also a big crack and loose plastic bit. I immediately took pictures and sent to the advisor who the replied and said that " I can't understand this as we've sold loads of these and no one else has had a problem" - I dont really care who else has or hasn't had problem. Another delivery and collection was arranged for today (Monday 21st December) - On Saturday 19th December I receive a phone call from my 12 year old daughter (who the present was for) to say that a guitar has just been delivered to the house- I asked how she knew what it was and she said that the box wasn't covered in any way, it was just left on the step and when she opened the door the driver just said "delivery" and then walked to his van. When I got home I inspected the package (that was 2 days early and have bern given to my 12 year old - it was her surprise Christmas present) The guitar was only in its basic box with 4 pieces of tape hold it shut and the corner of the box was heavily dented but luckily enough the guitar and amp were fine. I reported this to the sales person who has replied today and questioned the packaging as if I was lying. After 2 more emails she just said she was glad that the guitar was ok and she pass my comments on to the courier. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY AS THERE SERVICE LEAVES A LOT TO BE DESIRED. NOT ONLY DO THE BLAME THE COURIER FOR EVERYTHING BUT THEY DON'T EVEN APOLOGISE WHEN THEY'VE SPOILT A CHILDS CHRISTMAS MORNING. *I have pics and emails to back everything up.
