    Manager Christine was extremely rude and unhelpful after requesting a new order. Food was uncooked, wrong drinks. She didn’t want to help, blamed the driver for for not cooking the food and wrong items (you must be kidding me), she insulted me and hung up the phone in the most unprofessional way. Customer service is not her strength. Why is she a manager?

    Never felt the urgency to want to leave a review before having such a bad taste in my mouth. Thought I'd pop in to grab a pastie at about 16:50 to be served by such a rude ignorant member of staff. She was a tall Asian girl who had no manners, just asked me what I wanted and if I was eating in. No please/thanks or eye contact and looked as though she was too busy barking orders to the other staff! You might work on the high street but please don't tar all customers with the same brush. Your customer service skills need serious improving madam!!

    Went in today and the prices have gone up again from today. Not good. You have lost a customer as I can’t afford it anymore, and most elderly people around the area have said the same today. Rather go to the market or local cafe and give them my money.
