I'm a tenant and don't own my flat so wouldn't normally review a maintenance company, but Greg & co are excellent and the best I have seen in my 20 years of London renting. We had repeated issues with our boiler that a previous company weren't too bothered to fix other than temporarily. Greg & Co properly investigated on several visits and knew what they were talking about, ensuring eventually we got a new boiler when other things they tried weren't sufficient. I really appreciate their knowledge, expertise and professional attitude. It's very refreshing after multiple 'do the minimum' types who have basically done what my partner & I could do ourselves! Thoroughly recommend.

I used Greg and Co for general maintenance for five years including two major renovation jobs. It worked well for years but recently the quality of the service I received dropped dramatically. Pricing now lacks transparency, phone calls are ignored in favour of anonymous emails, and jobs have started to drag on with high labour costs as a result. After a disastrous bathroom refit, which overran by weeks and needed several major and avoidable errors corrected, I’m calling it a day. It’s a real shame as this was a good company to do business with.

Since finding Greg and Co, I have not used anyone else. They are quick to respond and turn up when they say they will. This is very rare. I have used them for electrics, plumbing and ad-hoc building tasks. Their prices are fair and they’ve managed to keep my old boiler going for years. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
