Greetings house itself i have always preferred over the other balloon wholesalers. dpds next day delivery though is a whole other story ! yes you can say well your problem lies with dpd and not greetings house BUT when you inform a company that the NEXT DAY DELIVERY you have to pay for ( £6!!! ) doesn't show up when its supposed too, then after afew times it happening you ask for another delivery option yet they respond with 'we use dpd end of' it becomes a greeting house review! i ordered at 12.30am on Tuesday ( missed the next day delivery by 30 mins ) my order was expected thursday. thursday comes I WAIT IN, nothing Friday comes I WAIT IN, nothing ! i speak with greetings house at the exact time dpd states for the second day on a row, they delivered but i wasnt home ( complete lie ) and also on my delivery notes it states if i am not home to put over secure locked side gate!!! my parcel is apparently now due MONDAY. I am not waiting in again ALL DAY to be lied too again and Greetings house refuse to accept they have major problems with their chosen delivery company. I will now not use this wholesalers any longer

Absolutely disgusted and disappointed. I called 30 mins prior to arriving to the store to check whether the item I required was in stock, which was necessary for a customer order. I was informed there stock list was reliable and 11 items were in stock. Once I arrived in-store low and behold no product.. The attitude of a particular staff member was so undesirable!! Not a nice place at all!!!

You receive email notifications to advise on when your order has been dispatched & the date you will receive it, which is very useful when working to tight deadlines. Speedy deliveries & very reliable. Plus they sometimes add in a little gift to acknowledge your business. The small personal touches are always nice!
