They have facilities available when needed but usually deal the prescriptions by your GP. But few other regular counter selling products are also available.

The owner is incredibly rude! The rest of the staff are fine and quite polite. I've even seen the owner snap at his employee's, and have noticed staff moral low when he is around. Everyone looks on edge. The manager has no customer service skills. My family and I will not be using this pharmacy again. If you don't enjoy working then don't! Take early retirement you look as though you need it! Don't make your work colleagues life miserable.

No appointments, Rude receptionists, when you do get to see the Doctors, the doctors rush you, and doesn't wana listen what you have to say, they think they know it all, they say they don't have time to listen more than 1 thing, and tell you to make another appointment if you have other problems.

Went in for a booster shot, not my normal pharmacy but had the earliest appointments available. Two lovely ladies, and the pharmacist giving the shot, were very polite considering I was actually late and while I likely won't ever go there again simply due to distance from where I actually live. I wish them all the best and am thankful for such a great experience.
