I've been a patient since the GP surgery initially opened. For the last 30ish years I've never felt that my surgery doesn't care. From the reception staff to the Nurses to the HCAs and GPs. The care I've received and my family has received has always been outstanding. You often hear about gatekeeping in healthcare, however, personally I've never experienced it from my surgery. I've always managed to get seen by a doctor of my choice, who pays attention and doesn't essentially fob me off with a mundane response. I've seen the receptionists be spoken to with utter disrespect from patients who don't understand that a queue system for appointments on the phone is in place, and have held back and still treated them with kindness, and I have to say Anwara and Saima are really lovely along with all the reception staff. It isn't possible to have an infinite amount of appointments and there's only so much one surgery can do and accommodate, the NHS is underfunded and overwhelmed and I feel the surgery is doing the best it absolutely can. I always know that when I need an appointment the GP makes you feel like you matter and the best possible treatment will be provided. Can't thank them enough! Dr Swamy who I hope is a permanent GP, Dr J Agarwal, Dr M Agarwal, Dr Zubair and the many others thank you ever so much!!

have been a patient with greet medical practice for some years. I've always received great service from all the receptionists, one who stood out to me was Farida, she's always very approachable, kind and gives guidance where needed, she's extremely hands on and quick to resolve all my concerns, Farida makes my visits to the surgery very pleasant. It's great to have her a part of greet medical centre.

Very very rude. When I asked the lady’s name she put the phone down on me. How do people go through life speaking to people like dirt. Especially the ones that need help. Disgraceful 😩😩

The Receptionists are so very rude and unaccommodating, unbothered and just not interested to help. Luckily I'm well versed enough to ensure I am delivered the service that is available to me and all other patients of this practice. However having to fight for it is not the way. I refuse to be taken for a fool by them. The worst practice I have ever experienced. So surprised that despite the level of complaints and blatant inability to be able to do basic tasks like give out an email address or god forbid answer the phone, or maybe give out appointments fairly. Worse still If you have to turn up and speak to them face to face. Not a single thing has changed. Some of the attitude if your lucky enough to get seen by the Doctors is shocking. You are expecting to talk to the Doctor to address your concerns but are faced with unbothered and total lack of respect and sent home and told its nothing. Having to continue to almost chase them to refer you and get checked out medically like you are asking them for a favour on your behalf. Sorry I thought I was going to the GP who delivers a service to the community it belongs to. You would think it does not get any worse. If there was a way to raise a higher level complaint I honestly would. Something needs to change!
